Pizza Aubergine. Add the aubergine, onion and goat's cheese, broken into. Crumble over the goat's cheese and sprinkle with salt.
A crisp dough base topped with a rich tomato sauce, slices of grilled aubergine and dots of creamy mozzarella and goats cheese, all finished off with some pesto for a burst of Italian flavour.
Place eggplant mixture on a jelly roll pan, spreading evenly.
Arrange the aubergine slices, overlapping, on top. Add the aubergine, onion and goat's cheese, broken into. Badigeonner les tranches d'huile d'olive de chaque côté et les étendre sur une plaque de cuisson.
